We will discuss some of the complexities of investigating and remediating PFAS, including the new interim federal guidance on destruction and disposal of PFAS issued on April 8, 2024, and observations from what we've seen in practice. Finally, we will discuss ways to minimize current and future PFAS-related environmental liability. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how these evolving regulations and technological challenges can affect their operations and what measures can be taken to mitigate risks.
